AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COSTS! When I began my journey with Longhorn FX, I was a total newbie to forex trading. This was roughly a year back. Prior to setting up my account, I dedicated six months to crafting a trading strategy. After I got my account going, I experienced a rollercoaster of results, mostly more downs than ups, you know? But being a novice, I thought maybe I just needed to tweak my approach. Fast forward to now, I’ve switched to a different broker. To my surprise, I started making profits right off the bat in the first week, which was a real eye-opener. So, I decided to run both the Longhorn FX MT4 platform and my new broker's MT4 side by side, pulling up a daily chart of the same currency pair on both. I swear, it was like night and day; Longhorn was clearly messing with the prices. My moving average crossover strategy looked totally different on each chart, even though I was using the same setup. The Longhorn chart was showing me crossovers way too late. So, when it indicated to go long, I placed my order, only to watch the trade go south. The demo was showing me steady gains, so after a month, I thought I’d go live using the SAME METHOD I had on the demo, and somehow I ended up $75 in the hole, even though I followed EVERY SINGLE RULE of my strategy just like I did on the demo.
